| The English dub isn't half bad. Koro Sensei's VA really sells the role but I admit the premise seems a little random.. like why out of all classrooms is this military-grade threat interested in these specific kids.. I guess it's too early to make assumptions so I'll continue on with an open mind |
| A solid first episode to kick off Assassination Classroom. Ive heard quite a bit about how amazing this show is from friends and from people on the internet, and this first episode has lived up to the hype and i hope it continues to live up to it. Koro-sensei an alien being who blew up 70% of the moon and will blow up the earth unless these kids can assassinate him, quite an interesting way to start this show. The anti Koro-sensei pellets are quite cool and quite dangerous for Koro-sensei shown as they blew off one of his tentacles when he was showing them how dangerous they are. Him wanting to teach class E is interesting shown as they are the end of the line class. Nagisa is an interesting fellow. The plan with the knife and the pellet grenade was a solid plan though Kuro sensei is just to fast. After the "attack" on kuro-sensei he got rather scary with the way he was looking. Im excited to see how this show plays out and the plans these students will use. |

man this was such a waste of time. The premise alone is stupid enough to drop after 5 minutes, its so random and unfunny. Insomnia patients would be cured instantly watching this. Textbook shit anime I can't believe there are some people who unironically watch this shit and think its good uhhhhh you cant be serious right?
| @StrawHatLevi Agreed. This thing is random af. And people hate on isekais. Funny thing is this is one of the popular shows on this site. I should've not came back to mal. If anyone reading this, don't make decisions based on mal ratings otherwise you might end up disappointed. |

I am impressed by this so far and that OP song has a fun rythym to it. Sensei's voice sounds a bit goofy though but I think it's fine. Definitely interested in seeing some of the other characters being introduced later on but they nailed the comedy pretty well too.  Now 10 yrs old since the first comment, quite nostalgic 😅 |
