The production is astounding but the lyrics just aren't good. I'm personally not a fan of the way it was sung, the effects on the vocals, or even just the lyrics themselves. Feels kind of amateur for a banger song. Obv some people will love the vocals but I think regardless of that there's definitely room for improvement in the writing

@@hvdesmusic Interesting. Standalone Complex EP was the first I ever heard of HVDES. The title of the EP is what made me click the link in the suggestion column, cause I watched the anime several times. But the vocals are, what got me hooked in the first place. Obviously there is not too much content in them as it just are a small handful of different words, but these few words already support the atmosphere of the tracks to a great extend and fit right into the music. Aside from the fact, that they just sound very good in my ears.
