• Is Bella married or a widow?
• If Bella is married, where is her husband?
• Does Bella consider herself a single woman after almost 3 years since her husband disappeared?
• If Bella still considers herself a married woman, why does she want to try something with the MC?
• Is she looking for something serious or casual since her husband may still be alive?
• Does the reason she wears a ring mean that regardless of how she feels about the MC, she is waiting for James to come back so she can resume her marriage?
• Is she psychologically prepared to move forward and have a new romance with the MC?
• How much does she want their relationship to work? Is she willing to have her career and reputation ruined because of it?
Thousands of questions could be asked, but Bella only mentioned the handbook and Jill as the main problems... What a joke! Even the MC the next morning recognizes that they did not address all the topics necessary to move forward with a relationship.
1) yes, but I think it was a rhetorical question, unless you believe in the theory of Bella as the child of the sixth sense
2) good question, hopefully DPC knows. all we know is that he is being held somewhere, we don't even know why
3) the most interesting thing to me is that Jill thinks Bella is a single woman right now, because she doesn't hold it against her that she's married but only that she went behind her back. however to stay with the question: Bella comes to consider herself free, initially she still feels completely committed
4) temptations work like this. the first season in my opinion is quite terrible for the relationship between MC and Bella who seems to take advantage of the latter's nymphomania until the scene in the library which then magically erases everything. Bella doesn't want to, at one point she gives in to temptation and overcomes her guilt
5) as said before: she doesn't want anything, she gives in to temptation but when she gets rid of her guilt she automatically becomes a serious relationship.
6) not knowing her husband's fate, Bella can only consider herself still married. when James returns, because he will return or his fate will be revealed, she will come to terms with that part of her life
7) Bella's journey has been so long that at this point of the story the answer is yes, of course we have to see how psychologically solid Bella is in absolute terms, since everything is worth to her.
8) also on this point the answer is clearly yes, since she apparently decided to hide any risks to her career with MC due to an affair with a student
