Rambo IV

I actually liked "Get Carter." :D

Maybe its due to the fact that it took me like 3-4 days to watch it fully through, but it did nothing for me, just seemed like every other typical revenge movie that has ever been made.

It's good to be the king...

i wouldn't mind seeing another Demolition Man

no more Rocky's i hope.
i liked 1 and 2.
and (to me anyway) Rocky 4 was great.

but 3 and 5 were kinda lame. 5 for sure. at least 3 had Mr. T and Hulk Hogan in them

Sorry nate, you better not read this post:

Rocky Balboa (Working title: Rocky VI) will be the sixth movie in the popular Rocky series, which began with the Oscar-winning Rocky in 1976. Sylvester Stallone will star, write, and direct the film. Filming began in December of 2005 in Las Vegas, Nevada. It will move to Los Angeles, California and Philadelphia as 2006 progresses. The production budget on the 38-day shoot is projected to be $24 million. This will be the first Rocky sequel in over 15 years, the last being Rocky V, released in 1990. Sylvester Stallone will turn 60 years old during filming. The film is currently scheduled for release during the President's Day holiday in 2007.

The film will feature an aging, widowed Rocky, who decides to get into the ring "just to compete," according to Stallone.

In fact look what Imdb has on it -
Rambo IV (2006) (pre-production) .... John J. Rambo
Rocky Balboa (2007) (post-production) .... Rocky Balboa

And as for films he never does a sequell to is Driven. You take one of the most dangerous and some times exciting sports in the world and he made one of the worst films in history.

Thats the key word, was. Maybe the Rocky's and Rambo films weren't the best ever, but they are made and they now have their own legacy, and I really don't want to see him embarass himself and try another one and make a steaming pile of shit.

As much fun as another movie might be, who wants to see Willis make a full of himself if they make another Die Hard, or Ford break a hip if they ever make Indiana Jones 4. Did nobody learn the lesson from Star Wars 1,2, & 3.........just because you can make a prequel or a sequel doesn't mean you should.

First Blood was a real good flic. Probably Stallones best besides Rocky. Rambo 2 and 3 were, to me, ridiculous. Just alot of expolsions. First Blood was very different than the 2 Rambo flics. If There is a 4, and it is in the Style of First Blood,Not Rambo, it may be worth a look.

I actually liked Oscar

The first Rambo was shit too - personal reasons. But it was watchable.
Don't get me started on Rambo II

cheers,

Agreed about First Blood and Rocky. But does the world (or anyone living in it) really need another Rambo Movie? I don't think so...

i love the rambo movies. but im scared to see him. i mean look at the rocky movie that came out.

I actually like Stallone, better than Van Damme or Seagal making direct-to-video crap over and over again...I saw Rocky Balboa last week, not bad, coulda been fleshed out a little more but i will take a bad Stallone movie over a crappy Van Damme/Seagal movie ANYDAY of the week.....My 2-cents.

Good god this is insane. From the shoot pics it looks like he's back in Vietnam again...why? Shouldn't they have him going to Iraq to find lost MIA/POW's?

Someone call me when COBRA 2 comes out...now that one I'll go see.

it's gonna be like the Missing In Action movies, where it's like the 80's and the guy is still going back to Vietnam to rescue his POW buddies. classic.

Yeah I spent 4.00 on rocky balboa. It was shallow and boring. Obviously he is only in it for the money at this point. I will not pay to see Rambo 4.
