Lord of the Rings or Song of Ice and Fire can't be written shorter or "compressed" 10x times and remain the same, being able to deliver the same feelings and emotions to the reader. A really good TV series can't be shortened to 1-2 seasons instead of 6-8 and expect it still be so loved by viewers. Same goes for BADIK and players. I don't think it's productive to compare BADIK with other AVNs. BADIK beaten all of them already and for years in advance.

If you think in such way, then you can compress any artwork - a book, a movie or a game to a couple of pages of narration, just to tell and reveal the concentrated meaning and essence. But we love all these books, games and movies mostly not only for the plot and its essence, but for the way it is presented and narrated, for the characters and actors play, for the feelings and emotions that reading, watching or playing brings and awakens in us. What is the point of depriving yourself of this feast and advocating for a "reduction" of everything? I, personally, feel that a lot of things are missing in BADIK, a bit of haste here and there and so on. I don't feel enough of what BADIK gives me, I would like more, longer and in more detail. But only in case if the updates would came out faster. At the moment, there is a balance between wait time and the amount of content released. It has always been there and the proportions remains the same over the time.

Do you think or feel that the events and narration pace in the BADIK are too delayed? That it would be possible to get us to the finale faster? Do you think it would be a good idea? Do you want a couple of revelations and cliffhangers of main plot asap or you want to continue expirience the feelings and emotions you probably loved to gain as long as possible, until you may get a feeling that things really goes too delayed?
You missed the point entirely. Of course you can communicate well in a few words, but that requires great skill. But when you communicate in many more 'words' than others, communicating more is the least you can achieve.

I did not say anything about any superfluous parts, pacing or anything else as it would appear from your reply....

LOL., This is more funny, than when One user asked him under one of his polls for some lewd scenes, that : " Who the Fuck is Madam?! "
:whistle::ROFLMAO:
Nobody gives a fuck about Lana. No one even remembers her face. The only thing everyone plays the Jill route for is to fuck Bianca and Jill's hot mom.
Nobody gives a fuck about Jill and her fucking problems.

Here we go! The first preview for episode 11.
Enjoy!

Fuck, we've got another tear-jerker waiting for us, about how Lana went through hell and prayed Jill would be OK. I can totally imagine Lana being a drug addict, kicked out of her house, taking care of Jill on the sly, praying to whatever fucking gods she believed in from her drug trips that those gods would take Jill somewhere safe.

So this was interesting: I just got back from couples therapy. (No, ReallyNotTina and I aren’t having problems; we’re being preemptive. Catch those red flags before they turn into real problems!) Our psychologist wanted to talk about our sexy-time recreation, and since we do Being a DIK together, that came up.
That's interesting. How to bring a sense of play to it? I have heard pieces of this here and there, like trading roles, trading clothes, she begs for it, and you are all nope, not right now. She runs through the house screeching no, no; you chase her growling yes, yes. Until she allows herself to be caught and you smother her with sloppy kisses. or something. I never really thought about it until now. Make it fun. So there you have it, porn video games are therapy if you can enjoy them together. Whatever works.

There are also the mandatory talks before marriage, the money talk, the religion talk, the politics talk. As appropriate, but always the money talk. Evan if you are rich, then it becomes the inheritance talk maybe.

Y’all know he’s implied more than once that there’s something substantive to the Dr. in his nom de porn.
He said he is very highly educated in his recent talk. That does suggest to me that he is a phd doctor of something. Maybe not psychology. More likely something to do with programming would be my bet, he even offers advice to people who think they might want to be programmers in that talk. Graphical artist, programmer, writer talents are already an unlikely combination in one person. Add psych to that?

It made me think of that trick Jill pulled at the beginning of her date with the MC—“I think that we should have our date now and you leave all those feelings you feel at the moment in this spot. When we’re done, you can come back here and get them if you feel that you need them.” That’s such a therapist thing to say. (Technique actually works though.)
So he did get an influence from somewhere. The odd ball therapist in Burk's therapy session comes to mind.

DPC may not be the best writer in the genre, but he is an excellent psychologist. His strong point is the development of characters and, in general, characters are the hallmark of this game. DPC also works amazingly with the emotions of players. I have heard many stories of scenes that made people cry and empathize with the characters; he is good at working in the area of "gray morality".
there are real suspicions that this is a lived experience, or maybe he has a degree in psychology. It’s a coincidence that you guys came across a psychotherapist who is familiar with his game; this is probably a one in a million chance. World is full of miracles.
DPC explains how he writes the characters. He draws on his past experiences with many friends and girlfriends. He writes his texts with intuition and empathy for the characters and the situation.

His music is also important, which he chooses and he does it carefully. Music even has an influence on numerous physical processes in the body: it changes the heartbeat, influences breathing rate and blood pressure and affects muscle tension and hormonal balance. Music can also trigger different feelings.

DPC stimulates us visually and acoustically. If the player then feels empathy for the character and the situation, this can trigger strong emotions. You don't have to be a psychologist to know this.

so after so much time, the first preview is lana's... it is forbidden to be happy :KEK:
but I hope her story isn't exclusive to the jill's branch
At first the flashbacks were for everyone but lately there have been exceptions (James and Bella's dance, Lana's room..) so if I had to bet now I would say it will only be for Jillybeans

All you need to know about the first preview is that the reaction from 95% of the players is "Who the fuck is Lana?"

In all seriousness, I think the future will reveal that Buddy and Quinn's father are connected to the death of Jill's sister. I don't think there's room in the story for any more dealers to be responsible.

Of course, if the theory of Jill's sister's drug-related death checks out.
